Abbey Boutique Hotel Adults Only

This is an awesome venue and accommodation. The history is amazing for a country and young as Australia. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and super helpful. The food was great, and the rooms were so luxurious. I will stay here anytime I am in Warwick or surrounds. I highly recommend it not just because of its comfort but because of the experience of staying there.

Such an amazing experience. We stayed for one night enroute to Stanthorpe and cannot praise it enough. The walls are steeped in history and being able to walk around the whole hotel was amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on the night we stayed but breakfast the next morning was lovely. I would highly encourage if just for the history to stay here. Thanks to the staff for such a lovely stay

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were top notch too. We stayed in the attic suite with our adult daughter. It was perfect and allowed us to have separate bedrooms. I really enjoyed reading the about the history of building on small signs outside the different rooms. The book library was a nice touch. Very relaxing.

The stay was second to none and exceeded my expectation. Absolutely beautiful n majestic hotel, rich in history and the ability to do a self guided tour in your own time was an added bonus. The ambiance and feel from the time you drive in, enter the Abbey and are welcomed is just magical. The staff are incredible, knowledgeable n proud of this wonderful hotel, their attention in ensuring everything was perfect was a delight. The rooms majestic, the bath n bed heavenly, I left their feeling balanced, refreshed and feeling pampered n indulged. Food was plentiful, fresh, and presented with detail. Loved our time. Thoroughly recommend that the Abbey is a must to visit, stay n immerse yourself in and just be in the moment. Feeling very blessed ❤️

I have stayed at the Abbey a couple of times now for work trips and I just love it there. The owners and staff are always so welcoming and friendly. The beds are comfortable and the rooms have everything I need. I love going downstairs for breakfast of a morning. It genuinely feels like a home away from home!

We spent at night at this hotel enroute to Stanthorpe from Brisbane. Because of the hotels rich historical background and unique accommodation features we checked in at around 2.00 pm so that we had ample time to enjoy the place. Staff were exceptional with Lisa taking her time yo to ensure we became familiar with the rooms and its history. Sharny looked after us in Scarlett room which we hired for the evening with wood fire, wine and cheese platter. Sharny was our personal host and really went out of her to ensure we had a memorable time. Her passion in the hospitality industry really came out strongly. Continental breakfast was simple but adequate. Unfortunately the hotel doesn't serve dinner on Mondays and Tuesdays . But there are dinner options in town which is only a few blocks away. We will definitely return.

We booked the Christmas in July accommodation and Christmas dinner. The Abbey Hotel has a lovely charm and has been thoughtfully restored and as a result is a unique property to stay. We were however disappointed with our Christmas Experience, while it was fun having Santa and the trivia, the meal for the price was disappointing, with what appeared to be processed Turkey, minimal vegetables and store bought puddings For such an occasion I would have thought the kitchen could have roasted a proper Turkey and made puddings. There was a lack of atmosphere, no bar to linger in and no open fire. We were all ushered out to our rooms at 9pm.

The abbey is brimming with history and interest. Every room is different and has a different story and even breakfast in the dining room is a history lesson. Mother Superior’s bedroom, the library, the chapel…it’s a fantastic building. Grab a glass of red and wander the halls…you’ll love it.

We spent one night at the Abbey Boutique Hotel celebrating a milestone anniversary and we were thoroughly spoilt. The staff were super friendly and incredibly thoughtful. The historical Abbey is a homely and comfortable accommodation very worth the visit. A step back to yesteryear and very clean and well.
